The creation of photography constitutes a contract (not a commission) and all copyright is retained by Richard Brookes Photographer and Photolicious Limited at all times. We reserve full right under New Zealand photographic contractual law to use, disperse, publicise, promote or market in any way deemed fit any photographic work made or created by our photographers, contractors or employees. This provision is binding upon full payment of photographic shoot fees, and Richard Brookes Photographer and Photolicious Limited retains full copyright controlling licensees or assignees to use the photographs referred to above and/or drawings there from and any other reproductions or adaptions thereof either complete or in part. Licensees are automatically given 'casual Licenses' for a period of three months only and are required to sort Licenses from Richard Brookes Photographer and Photolicious Limited for photographic imagery being used for longer periods. The contractor of the work must understand he/she is not the copyright holder of the photograph(s). Richard Brookes Photographer is the sole owner of all photography made or created through his associates, companies, and partners and does not ever become property of the contractors. This contractual agreement is published on the World Wide Web to communicate to all clients established, past and future their contractual obligations under this agreement.
